Everybody wants the promotion. Nobody wants to work for it. Climb the corporate ladder by collecting Influence Points (IP) through flattery, sabotage, stolen credit, and the occasional "accidental" server crash. Blame your coworkers, dodge the audit, bribe your way out of trouble. First to the target IP wins, everybody else gets fired.
